• Menu selection to be arranged with the caterer within 7 days of the event, together with any special requirement.
• Numbers must be confirmed 7 days in advance. Any changes to numbers within 7 days will result in the loss of the £20 deposit for that player.
• There are a limited number of buggies for hire, and this should be arranged with the pro shop.
• The tees of the day will be given in the pro’s shop.
• The club can supply nearest the pin and longest drive markers and have them placed on the course for you. This can be arranged with the office or pro shop.
• All golfers are expected to be well versed in golf etiquette and pace of play.
