George Davies
PGA Professional / Coach

George Davies has a passion for golf and wants to help others improve their game. George started working here at Conwy Golf Club in May 2014 and was his first full time job in a golfing environment; he adapted himself to the new working environment. In 2015 George enrolled onto the PGA Foundation Degree to become a PGA Professional.

Over the last 7 years he has gained great amounts of experience in individual and group coaching with golfers from a wide range of ages and abilities and has developed the game of golf by delivering coaching in primary and secondary schools, disability schools, wales golf events and New2Golf programmes at various golf clubs as well as here at Conwy. George is self-motivated to continue this professional delivery and continue his career as a successful PGA Golf Professional having successfully completed the PGA Foundation Degree in 2018, this culminated in him achieving a National Award for finishing 11th out of 280 students in the Assistant of the Year Awards 2019. He also achieved the Top Year 3 Assistant Award for the PGA in England & Wales (North) 2018.

Ross Bebbington
PGA Assistant Professional / Coach

Ross started here at Conwy in August 2022 and being a former Junior member and Junior Captain is no stranger to Conwy and is happy to be back where his golf started as an 11 year old budding golfer. After leaving school Ross studied Golf Coaching & Performance at Myerscough College before taking up his position as Assistant at Northop and enrolling onto the PGA Foundation Degree. Now in the 3rd year of his degree he is looking forward to expanding his coaching knowledge and experience here at Conwy.
